Our goal is to offer you the best shipping service, no matter where you live.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

• Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer processes the orders, which takes an additional 2–4 days.
• Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. For items from China, deliveries generally take about 15–30 business days and are shipped via e-packet, which is a Global Postal Service designed specifically for fast international delivery of low weight products. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 and 14 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.  For items manufactured in the UK the shipping time is only 2 days.
• Manufacturing time: Our EV cables and accessories are manufactured in the UK to order and this process normally takes 5-10 working days.
